2024-2025 CultivArt Program Fellow

Overview

CultivArt Resource Hub seeks a Program Fellow to aid in the development of the project. The Program Fellow will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as updating the resource, managing social media pages, drafting newsletters, and researching funding opportunities. In addition, the Program Fellow will receive monthly 1:1 coaching sessions with CultivArt Founding Director Jaime Sharp to support the growth of their personal career. 

 

This fellowship is made possible from the support of the Sphinx’s MPower Grant.

Qualifications

The Program Fellow should:

  • Be in the early stages of their arts administration career (three years or less)

  • Have a clear interest in arts leadership and equity

  • Identify as a *person of the global majority

  • Be eligible to work in the United States

  • People who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+, disabled, and/or neurodivergent are encouraged to apply

Compensation

This fellowship pays a total stipend $4,500.00 USD ($25.00 USD/hour for 20 hours per month). The fellow will be paid monthly in increments of $500.00 USD.

Timeline

The deadline to apply for this position is Monday, October 7 at 11:59pm EST. Interviews will take place via Zoom between October 14 - October 25. Applicants will be notified of their status no later than Monday, November 4.


The fellow will begin on Monday, November 18, 2024 and conclude Friday, July 18, 2025. Working hours are flexible and will be determined by the Program Fellow and Founding Director upon selection. Please only apply if you are able to commit for the full period.
